Anti-Spam Policy

Last updated: October 12, 2026

Abstrakt Solutions ("Abstrakt," "we," "us," or "our") does not send, and does not authorise any affiliate, partner, vendor or other third party to send, unsolicited bulk email or other unsolicited messages advertising this website or any Abstrakt Solutions service.

How we build our email lists

Our email communications are permission-based. We contact people who have:

  • submitted a form on this website,
  • requested a resource, assessment, guide or consultation from us,
  • subscribed to our communications, or
  • an existing business relationship with the firm.

We do not purchase, rent, scrape, harvest or otherwise acquire third-party email lists, and we do not send to addresses obtained in those ways.

What every message contains

  • An accurate sender identity. We do not disguise, forge or misrepresent who a message is from, and subject lines reflect the actual content.
  • Our physical business address: 727 N 1st St, Suite 340, St. Louis, MO 63102, United States.
  • A clear and working way to unsubscribe.

Unsubscribing

Unsubscribe requests are processed promptly and the address is suppressed across all future sends. You can also unsubscribe at any time by writing to us at the address above, or through the contact details on our contact page. You do not need to give a reason, and we will not ask you to confirm.

Affiliates and third parties

We do not operate an affiliate email programme for this website. No affiliate, reseller, partner or vendor is authorised to promote abstraktsolutions.com through unsolicited messages. Where we engage a vendor to send email on our behalf, that vendor is contractually required to follow this policy, and we remain responsible for the lists used.

Our domains

This policy applies to abstraktsolutions.com and to the domains that redirect to it, abstraktcloud.com and abstraktcloudsolutions.com, all of which are controlled by Abstrakt Solutions.

Compliance

We comply with the CAN-SPAM Act and with applicable anti-spam and electronic marketing law in the jurisdictions where we operate.

Reporting a violation

If you have received a message you believe breaches this policy, please forward it to us including the full message headers, via the details on our contact page. Full headers let us identify the actual sender, which is the only reliable way to trace a message that claims to come from us. We investigate every report and will act on anything sent in our name without authorisation.

Enforcement

Breaches of this policy by an employee, contractor or vendor are grounds for ending the activity immediately and, where a vendor is involved, terminating the engagement.

Tech Talk

A monthly brief for the people who own Salesforce, AI and revenue technology

What changed in Salesforce and AI this month, and what to do about it.

One email a month. Written by the consultants who deliver the work, not by a marketing team, for the leaders who make the technology decisions.

  • What changed in Salesforce, AI, integration and RevOps, and what it means for your org
  • At least one framework, checklist or reference architecture you can take into a meeting
  • Honest opinions, including when we disagree with what a vendor is selling
  • No sales sequence. We do not sell from this list

Consultant analysis, not vendor recaps. One click to leave.

One email a month. Your industry and your address, nothing else. We never share either, and you can unsubscribe from the bottom of any issue. See what’s in Tech Talk →
