Senior technical lead designing and delivering Salesforce solutions across our Salesforce and AI practice, from architecture and configuration through integration and hand-off.

Hiring Process

What to expect.

A clean, honest interview process. No take-home assignments. No 9-round panels. Most candidates have an offer within 3 weeks.

Initial conversation

30 min

A 30-minute call with our hiring partner. Mutual fit check, your interests, our culture, the realities of the role.

Practice deep-dive

60 min

A working session with the practice leader for the role. Real conversation about your craft, past projects, decisions you made, what you would have done differently.

Reference check

Async

We talk to 2-3 references you choose, plus typically one back-channel reference. Honest conversations, both directions.

Final partner conversation

45 min

A conversation with one of the founding partners. We talk about your long-term arc, what you want from a firm, and what we expect to deliver back.

Offer & start

1 week

We make offers in writing within 5 business days of the final conversation. Standard start date is 2-4 weeks out, flexible based on notice period.
