Reference check
AsyncWe talk to 2-3 references you choose, plus typically one back-channel reference. Honest conversations, both directions.
Final partner conversation
45 minA conversation with one of the founding partners. We talk about your long-term arc, what you want from a firm, and what we expect to deliver back.
Offer & start
