Productized patterns, not one-off builds

One of our signature builds is a hub-and-spoke CRM sync infrastructure on Workato API Management. A single Salesforce trigger fans out through the API platform to per-client callable recipes for HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics, Pipedrive, Zoho, and secondary Salesforce orgs. New clients deploy from a shared callable contract instead of a rebuild, so the architecture scales without re-engineering it every time.

A second is automated client onboarding, where a single Client Setup record creates a full downstream footprint: eleven coordinated Salesforce object types plus matching QuickBooks customers and invoices, all created in lockstep. It keeps the financial side and the sales side aligned from day one, with no manual double entry.

The breadth we integrate

On the iPaaS and custom-API side we work in Workato, custom Apex REST and SOAP callouts, Named Credentials, External Services, Connected Apps, custom HTTP connector builds, and government and data APIs including FAA, USPS, and Snowflake. For CRM sync and migration we cover HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Pipedrive, Zoho, Nutshell, and Salesforce-to-Salesforce cross-org. On finance and payments we integrate QuickBooks (bi-directional), Stripe, Authorize.net, Chargebee, Zuora, Paysafe, WEX, and custom payment gateways. Document and e-signature covers DocuSign, AirSlate, PandaDoc, and Conga.
