What does a first conversation cost?

Nothing. The initial 30-minute conversation is free and exploratory, we listen to your situation, ask questions, and give you a practitioner-level read on what we think the right approach is. You leave with usable advice whether or not you engage us. If the topic warrants a deeper diagnostic, we will quote that separately.

Are you Salesforce-only, or do you work with HubSpot and other platforms?

Both, and others. We are a Salesforce Partner with deep practice in Sales, Service, Marketing, Financial Services, Experience, Revenue Cloud, and Agentforce. We also have meaningful HubSpot expertise and ongoing work with MuleSoft, Snowflake, Tableau, Gong, Chili Piper, and the broader revenue technology stack. We are platform-neutral on initial conversations, we recommend based on what fits, not what we sell.

Do you work with companies outside Missouri?

Yes. We are headquartered in St. Louis and serve clients across the country. Our delivery model is remote-first, and we travel to clients for discovery and the milestones that benefit from being in the same room.

What is the smallest engagement you take on?

Diagnostic and strategy engagements typically start at 2-4 weeks. Fixed-scope implementations vary by platform and complexity. We also do retainer-based fractional admin work for clients who need ongoing support rather than a one-time project. We will tell you honestly if your situation is smaller than we typically serve.

How do you price engagements?

Most engagements are fixed-scope with milestone-based pricing. We quote after a discovery phase that gives us enough information to scope the work accurately, we do not give ballpark numbers from a 30-minute conversation. Retainer engagements are priced by monthly hours. Pricing transparency: we will tell you what software licenses cost, what our consulting fees cost, and what your total first-year budget will look like before you commit.

Can you support our existing Salesforce / HubSpot / Gong instance, or do you only do new builds?

Both. Roughly half our work is rolling out new platforms or new modules; the other half is rescuing, optimizing, or migrating existing instances that are not getting the value they should. Our optimization engagements typically start with an audit and produce a written recovery plan before we touch anything.
