Leads, events, contractors, and travel lived across many platforms, information wasn’t shared across the team, and there was no way to quote, track opportunities, or coordinate travel.
What we did
- Sales Cloud with custom stages for quoting, contracting, and negotiation, plus Einstein Activity Capture
- A custom Event Show object managing the lifecycle from pre-show to real-time execution
- A Travel Booking object coordinating contractor flights, hotels, and rental cars
- Record types for contractors, venues, and hotels with automated event creation on close
The results
The company consolidated six platforms into one Salesforce environment, automated event and travel coordination, and gained reporting across bookings, contractor assignments, and venue history.
