- Resolved ZoomInfo integration for automated lead enrichment, plus templated geographic lead reports

The firm gained accurate per-rep activity visibility, activated MCAE with trackable campaigns, and finally unlocked the ZoomInfo automation it had originally bought Salesforce to enable.
