Figures cover the Los Angeles-Long Beach-Anaheim, CA Metro Area (CA). Sources are listed at the bottom of this page.

Los Angeles is the country’s second-largest metro economy, and its largest private sector is information, which here means film, television, music, streaming and digital media. The California Employment Development Department lists The Walt Disney Company in Burbank, Sony Pictures Entertainment in Culver City and Live Nation among the county’s major employers, along with Kaiser Permanente, Cedars-Sinai and the University of Southern California.

Aerospace and science are the other defining strengths. The Aerospace Corporation in El Segundo and NASA’s Jet Propulsion Laboratory near Pasadena, managed by Caltech, anchor a large aerospace and defense cluster. The Los Angeles County Economic Development Corporation targets aerospace, defense and space commercialization, biosciences, entertainment, healthcare, sports, and trade and logistics, the last reflecting the ports of Los Angeles and Long Beach.

Common Challenges

Salesforce problems we expect to see here.

Based on the industry mix above and our work in those industries, not on inside knowledge of any Los Angeles company.

Deal and relationship tracking

Entertainment and media companies run deals that do not fit a standard sales pipeline: talent, rights, partners and advertisers all need their own structure.

Audience and customer data

Consumer-facing brands and media companies hold customer data across many platforms. Unifying it is the precondition for personalization and AI.

Event and project work

Production and events businesses coordinate bookings, contractors and travel, often across half a dozen tools.

FAQ

Salesforce consulting in Los Angeles: questions.

Do you have an office in Los Angeles?

No. Our only office is in St. Louis. We serve Los Angeles and Orange County clients remotely and travel for workshops, go-lives and training when that helps the project.

Do you work with media and event companies?

Yes. An event-production company consolidated six tools into one custom Sales Cloud workflow with us, automating event and travel coordination and reporting across bookings and contractors.

How do you handle the time difference with the West Coast?

We are two hours ahead on Central Time, which gives us a full overlap with your morning and early afternoon. We schedule working sessions inside Pacific business hours.

Can you unify customer data from several platforms?

Yes. Data Cloud projects start with a first use case and architecture rather than ingesting everything. For a business lender we delivered a phased plan covering 10 TB of data.
