The Salesforce playbook for IT teams.

IT teams own the platforms, integrations, security, and governance that make every other department technology actually work. We partner with IT leaders on Salesforce technical debt remediation, integration architecture, DevOps, and the kind of long-game platform discipline that pays off for years.

  • Access requests and reviewsUsers request elevated access through a form that creates an approval record. Once a manager approves, a Flow assigns the permission set group with an expiry date and logs the grant. Each quarter, IT runs a report of permission set assignments by user and sends owners a review task, removing anything nobody confirms.
  • Release through the pipelineAdmins and developers build in their own sandboxes, commit metadata to source control, and promote through integration and user acceptance environments. Lifecycle Center (formerly DevOps Center) or a comparable pipeline tracks each work item. Apex tests and validation deploys run before production, and IT schedules releases around business calendars so changes land when support staff are available.
