The Salesforce playbook for customer service teams.

Customer service is being remade right now by AI agents, and the gap between organizations that get this right and the ones that fail to act is widening every quarter. We deploy production AI agents (Agentforce, Claude, GPT-based) tied to clean knowledge, real case data, and human-in-the-loop design.

  • Case intake and triageEmail-to-Case and Web-to-Case create records automatically, and assignment rules or Omni-Channel skills-based routing place each case with an agent who has the right product knowledge and available capacity. Case classification suggestions help agents set type and reason fields consistently, which keeps reporting and escalation rules accurate as volume grows.
  • Working a case in the consoleAn agent opens the Service Console and sees the case, the customer's past cases, related assets, and suggested knowledge articles in one workspace. Macros handle repetitive steps such as sending a standard reply and updating status together. Agentforce can summarize a long email thread so the agent picks up context in moments rather than scrolling.
