  • Daily pipeline triageA rep opens a Sales Cloud list view filtered to open opportunities with no activity logged recently or a close date already passed. From there they update stages, push dates honestly, and set follow-up tasks. Path guidance on each opportunity reminds them which fields and exit criteria the current stage requires before the deal can advance.
  • Lead qualification and conversionInbound leads land in a queue through assignment rules keyed to territory or segment. An SDR works the lead with a Sales Engagement cadence, records discovery answers on the lead record, and converts it into an account, contact, and opportunity in one step, which keeps the original campaign attribution attached to the resulting deal.
