Abstrakt Solutions is a Salesforce Consulting Partner headquartered in St. Louis that serves companies across the Charlotte region, in North and South Carolina, remotely and on site. We implement, integrate, optimize and manage Salesforce, and we do not have a Charlotte office.
Where we are: Charlotte is a short flight from St. Louis. We work on Central Time, one hour behind Charlotte, and schedule sessions within Eastern business hours.
Figures cover the Charlotte-Concord-Gastonia, NC-SC Metro Area (NC–SC). Sources are listed at the bottom of this page.
Charlotte is one of the country’s largest banking centers: among the 25 largest markets we cover, only New York has a bigger finance and insurance share of its economy. Bank of America and Truist are headquartered here, alongside Lowe’s, Honeywell, Nucor, Duke Energy and Sonic Automotive. The Charlotte Regional Business Alliance counts 19 Fortune 1000 companies in the region, seven of them on the 2025 Fortune 500, and Advocate Health is one of its largest healthcare employers.
Beyond finance, the region’s target sectors are advanced manufacturing, IT and technology, life sciences, and logistics and distribution. The Alliance reports a tech workforce of more than 67,000, 14 accelerators and incubators, and nearly $4 billion in capital invested since 2020. The North Tryon Tech Hub, anchored by UNC Charlotte’s Dubois Center uptown, focuses on AI, cybersecurity, energy and fintech.
The metro’s largest private sectors by share of 2024 GDP (excluding real estate and government), and how Salesforce applies to each.
Banks, insurers, wealth managers and fintech firms need client and household views, onboarding workflows, supervised communications and service at scale. This is where Financial Services Cloud and careful sharing models matter most.
Industrial manufacturers in the region sell through distributors and service installed equipment, so account planning, quoting and service history need to connect to ERP.
Consulting, technology services and engineering firms serving the banking sector need pipeline, delivery and client reporting in one place.
Logistics and distribution businesses along the I-85 corridor need customer service, order visibility and portals tied to operational systems.
Regional target sectors: Financial Services, Advanced Manufacturing, IT/Technology, Life Sciences, Logistics & Distribution (Charlotte Regional Business Alliance)
Based on the industry mix above and our work in those industries, not on inside knowledge of any Charlotte company.
Regulated financial firms need record access, marketing consent and communications workflows that pass compliance review before launch, not after.
Banks and insurers often hold the same customer in several systems. Unifying the relationship view is usually the first valuable step.
Relationship managers adopt Salesforce when it saves them time. Activity capture, meeting prep and simple layouts matter more than extra fields.
A Salesforce implementation partner turns your sales, service and marketing processes into a working Salesforce org.
Salesforce integration connects Salesforce to other business systems so data moves automatically instead of being re-keyed.
Salesforce managed services is an ongoing arrangement where a consulting partner runs and improves your Salesforce org for you.
A Salesforce health check is a structured review of an org covering security and access, data quality, automation, customization and technical debt, integrations, reporting and user adoption.
Salesforce optimization is the work of improving an existing org so people use it and trust its data.
A Salesforce migration moves records, relationships and history from an old system into Salesforce.
Salesforce implementations usually fail for a handful of reasons: requirements that were never agreed, a design built around the tool instead of the process, poor data migration, too much custom code, no owner on the client side and too little training.
