- Data cleanup removing 970+ invalid prospects and fixing duplicate creation
- Custom field mapping, lead scoring, and email templates with proper analytics tracking
- Engagement Studio automations plus forms for trade shows and sample requests
The results
The company regained full platform access, complete email analytics across 26 users, a prospect count back under its license, and working automation for both B2B and patient audiences.
