- Segmented drip campaigns by lead status, loan status, denial reason, birthday, and newsletters
- Hands-on training focused on making the team self-sufficient
- Direct troubleshooting with Salesforce support to resolve configuration issues
The results
The lender activated MCAE across 30,000+ contacts, expanded far beyond its single "attempting" segment, and gained the confidence to build and manage its own campaigns.
The language barrier with other firms made it hard — you have quite a bit more technical expertise.
