What we did
- A Field Service mobile app for logging time, breaks, and annotated job-site photos, with offline support
- CPQ guided selling with automated square-footage calculations for labor and materials by job type
- Automated flows moving approved timesheets to work orders and opportunities with real-time job costing
- Separate product catalogs and pricing for painting, drywall, construction, and mold-remediation divisions
The results
Crews now log everything digitally from the field, managers see costs against estimates in real time with budget alerts, and estimators produce professional quotes on iPads with in-field e-signature.
This is exactly what we needed — getting that app up and going is priority right now.
