The challenge
The bank’s ActiveCampaign email had no Salesforce integration, so marketing and sales worked in silos with no engagement tracking, manual data entry, and no way to segment rich customer data.
What we did
- MCAE with domain authentication and two-way Salesforce sync across leads, contacts, and prospects
- Custom prospect fields mirroring region, current bank, revenue, employees, and industry for segmentation
- A campaign hierarchy organizing efforts across deposits, mortgage, HELOC, and commercial lending
- Engagement scoring, tracking domains, and suppression lists for compliance and data hygiene
The results
The bank replaced ActiveCampaign with an integrated platform, gained full prospect-engagement visibility, and can now target by region, relationship, asset level, and product across its portfolio.
